Our website is hosted on Wix, and we use Wix Meetings to schedule complimentary audits and other meetings.

When you schedule a meeting, the information you provide is processed through Wix and may be stored in our Wix account, contact list, booking calendar, meeting records, and related Wix tools.

Wix Meetings may use your information to:

  • Display available appointment times;

  • Create and manage your booking;

  • Prevent scheduling conflicts;

  • Send booking confirmations and reminders;

  • Allow you to reschedule or cancel a meeting;

  • Record your booking history and form responses; and

  • Synchronize booking information with a connected calendar service.

If we connect Wix Meetings to a calendar provider, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook, limited appointment information may be transferred to that provider as necessary to manage availability and scheduled meetings.

Wix also processes certain information for its own operational, security, analytics, and legal purposes. Wix’s handling of personal information is governed by the Wix Privacy Policy.

Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal. In some circumstances, withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing a requested service.
